They make this look so easy, but without the measurements for the potatoes and cheese, it is more difficult. I didn't have parsley, so I used minced dried onion and garlic powder. I like a more savory flavor. I also don't like cheddar cheese, so I used 2 cups of Monterey Jack in the mix and I used Colby slices on the in between parts.

So yummi! I made it yesterday as a comfort food that I neeeded so much. Instead of parsley I used a mix of fresh italian herbs and a added garlic. And: yes, it may not be super healthy but with a big mixed salat it shall be alright. :-)

Chris S. For me, I let it go for an hour or so. But it all has to do with such factors as your kitchen temperature, the quality of the yeast you're using, how soft your dough has been kneaded etc, ect. 😊🙂
