Todo muy lindo pero hubiera preferido comenzarlo a freír con aceite al final con mantequilla o butter o bleurre porque contiene leche y eso se quema solo un poco para darle más gusto y buscar el crocante casi al final de la fritura gracias.

חקי חיון , אימי היתה משפשפת עם לימון ומלח את הדגים גם מבחוץ וגם בתוך הבטן שלהם על מנת להפיג מהם את ריח הדגים האופייני הלא כל כך נעים. אגב , פורל הינו דג עדין וטעים והוא גם הולך טוב עם קרם שקדים שלידו כוסית יין. כמדומני כאשר מטגנים נתח דג אשר הינו בעל עור רק בצדו האחד אזי ראשית מטגנים את הצד עם העור ורק לאחר מכן הופכים את הדג ומטגנים אותו בצד שבו אין עור , ואם מטגנים ראשית את הצד ללא העור אזי הדבר יגרום לקריעת העור בצדו השני.

У нас много этих форелей.В горных речках полно.
Мне не нравится с кукурузной мукой, обычная пшеничная мука как раз для этих рыбок. Ну это субъективное мнение, + опыт.
