500 grams of first class flour.

Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

I haven’t bought bread for about 8 years now and have been the supplier of crusty artisanal bread to my sister and friends for almost that long. It’s so much better than commercial stuff that its a no-brainer. It may take all day for 2 giant loaves, but they freeze well and taste awesome.

Люблю возиться с тестом Люблю всю выпечку Моя бабушка ,ее давно уже нет , пекла хлеб в печи и на закваске и на хмелю Это было что то Вкуснятина такая Не успевала вынимать хлеб из печи, как мы , нас было трое внучат , снимали верхушку хлеба и кто с сахаром и водой ,кто с растительным маслом и сахаром Остались лишь тёплые воспоминания Спасибо за рецепт ,обязательно испеку

Вот именно, на закваске и печется деревенский хлеб а не на сухих дрожжах. Я пеку на закваске, долго боролась, что б все получалось, зато теперь хлеб просто Божественный из сборной муки на ржаной закваске 👍

This looks amazing but as I'm gluten free diet for the last six years, would that work if I used a gluten free bread flour instead but kept the rest of the recipe the same? Any feedback would be much appreciated
Yes..just know glutenfree likes water much than regular,addjust water accordingly abit more and not so much puffy cause regukar has more addings which is not healty actually..so dont worry almost same cooking

First class, or “bread flour” has a higher protein/ gluten content- and will develop better structure for bread making. Also called “hard” flour. Plain/ all purpose flour is less suitable as it tends to develop mor of a cakey texture, and not the gluten strands that are in bread 👍

Спасибо за рецепт. Не являюсь Марьей-искусницей, но хлеб получился хорошо, всё согласно вашего рецепта. Но высокая температура запекания сделала корочку очень твердой. Выпекая второй раз сделала температуру сначала 180 градусов, а затем уменьшила до 150. Так гораздо лучше, по крайней мере в моей плите.
@Svetlana Schewalé Обратите внимание, что в видео выпекать при высокой температуре (я это делала при 180 градусах) рекомендуется 20 минут, а при пониженной ( у меня 150 градусов) ещё 30 минут. Итого 50 минут - полное время для выпекания хлеба. Вы пишите, что выпекали 30 минут, этого мало, поэтому и не пропекся хлеб в середине. Удачи в следующий раз!!!
