Poppy seed roll!

Dough ingredients:
350 grams flour
170 ml warm milk
50 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
Into the bowl add warm milk, sugar and dry yeast. Add oil, pinch of salt, then gradually add flour and knead the dough.
Set aside in a warm place to double in size.
Poppy seed filling:
200 grams ground poppy seeds
100 grams sugar
150 ml milk
vanilla extract
Bring the milk to a boil and then add sugar and ground poppy seeds. Stir everything for a couple of minutes to combine.
Roll out the dough and evenly coat with poppy seed filling. Wrap the dough and coat with beaten egg yolk. Into the egg yolk add a little amount of vanilla extract.
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
