@FlenTiX I have heart disease, and cardio is a bitch, but I've been a mountaineering for years that spent almost 20 years to get to Everest. Because of fibromyalgia and heart disease my dream crashed...but I still push myself. I walked 32 miles in Alaska in one night, and walked over 30 miles in Shanghai China because I only got a 24hr visitors pass, so I made the most of it. Cardio sucks, and I do try to avoid it, but Ive been training for martial arts (silat/kali, and I want to do BJJ combined). Parkour is another of my favorites, but that's a no go

I had a bike and the chain just went out of place which caused me to fly forward and slide on rock gravel. Literally SLIDE. It split the skin on my knees and elbows and the blood stain is still on the road. I am terrified of bikes for these reasons 💀

A few months ago i hit my Shins on a concrete Block and my jeans wasnt damaged at all. 10 seconds later a big red Spot appeared and became nearly as big as my hand and when i pulled up to look what happened i had a 2 1/2 centimeter wide and about 1/2 - 1 centimeter deep hole in my shin. I am an idiot so i didn't told my teachers (it was on a class trip) and so i didn't go to a doctor and it wasn't wound wasnt Sewnand noe i have a 2 cm wide Scar on my shin nearly perfectly round.
