Hi there! I tried to make this recipe, because it looks fantastic... But, I cooked potatoes to fork tender like video shows... I made rolls... And cooked and temperature and length... The potato rolls flattened. They didn't get crisp, and they went flat. I think I cooked potatoes too long, and mashed too much - can you tell me length of time to boil potatoes? Or maybe percentage cooked? I want to try again
