    I made this bread today and it was brilliant. I followed the exact amounts although I mixed it in my Kitchen Aid using the dough hook. The dough was amazing and so easy to handle.....not in the least bit wet or sticky and so elastic. I formed it into 2 loaves instead of 3. Thank you so much!!!

      Until you have eaten bread fresh from the oven you have never really tasted good bread. Store bought bread is full of preservatives so you can still eat it even though it is a couple weeks old.
