Tomas started Cekindo Vietnam, a market entry consulting company helping foreign companies set up their businesses in Vietnam, at the beginning of 2019. After only 3 years he built the company to a successful acquisition with In.Corp Group, Headquartered in Singapore. In 2022, he moved to a new role as a chief business development officer. His role is to define the key potential of the Vietnamese market and to ensure that the Cekindo company in Vietnam provides its clients with smooth and hassle-free market entry & corporate outsourcing solutions. Tomas has rich experience in Business Development, Sales, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship. During his career, Tomas has managed over 50 sales leaders and hundreds of sales executives. He also advises companies on their sales & expansion strategies in Vietnam and delivers training to foreign firms setting up in Vietnam.

Robert has owned/managed businesses in the Food & Beverage, Education, Franchise, Coffee and Retail industries. He has lived and worked in 12 countries and visited more than 67 different ones, including the entire ASEAN and all but 2 of the APEC countries. This experience has helped him to have a global perspective, be culturally sensitive, and an efficient problem solver. His franchising experience is also substantial as he has been a franchisor, franchisee, master franchisee, and held multiple roles such as Country Manager, GM and Operations Director for well-known global brands such as Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Sears Roebuck, Tim Horton’s, Barbecue Garden, Coca, Mango Tree, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, PJ’s Coffee, and Bonchon chicken. He has directly been responsible for bringing 6 brands into new Asian countries and has helped several businesses turn themselves into franchises to expand beyond themselves in a profitable manner.
